Acceptance, purpose, and eligibility

By requesting a login link or using Gravity, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

Gravity helps professionals discover relevant context, request a connection, message after mutual acceptance, and propose meetings in public places. It is not a dating or emergency service and does not perform background checks, recruitment decisions, or location tracking.

You must be at least 18, use your own email, provide accurate professional information, and keep access to your email account secure.

Your account and conduct

Use Gravity only for its intended professional purpose and only through your own account. Tell Gravity support promptly if you believe your account has been misused.

  • Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate, spam, or scrape.
  • Do not infer or expose precise location, bypass privacy controls, or access another person’s account.
  • Do not introduce malware, disrupt the service, or use information from Gravity for an unrelated surveillance or automated decision system.

Your content and the service licence

You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant BeetleSense AB a limited licence to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to provide and protect Gravity.

This licence ends when the content is deleted, subject to restricted backups, legal duties, safety records, and content another member must retain as part of their own conversation record.

Privacy and confidential projects

Share only professional information you are authorised to share. Do not place trade secrets, regulated information, or another person’s confidential information in Gravity without permission.

Privacy controls reduce exposure but are not a substitute for a confidentiality agreement. Accepting these terms is not consent to optional analytics.

Meetings and personal judgement

A relevance result, profile, or accepted connection is not a guarantee of identity, compatibility, suitability, availability, or safety.

Choose whether to connect, keep first meetings in public parts of the venue, and use block, disconnect, and private report controls when needed. Gravity support is not an emergency channel.

Moderation and suspension

BeetleSense AB may investigate reports and restrict, suspend, or end access when reasonably necessary to protect people, the service, or legal obligations.

Where content or access is restricted, BeetleSense AB will give a clear reason and a route to internal review unless a legal or safety exception prevents it.

Service availability and external services

Gravity is currently provided without a fee and without guaranteed availability. Features may change, pause, or end as the controlled pilot develops.

Gravity depends on contracted hosting, authentication, and email providers and may link to external pages governed by their own terms. BeetleSense AB cannot promise uninterrupted service that is free of errors.

Intellectual property

Gravity’s software, design, branding, and original content belong to BeetleSense AB or its licensors.

These terms give you a personal and revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You cannot transfer that right. These terms do not grant a right to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service except where applicable law expressly permits.

Leaving Gravity and ending the service

Members can leave Gravity and request deletion of their Gravity profile and dependent product data. Gravity access is revoked while a shared authentication identity may be preserved for unrelated services.

BeetleSense AB may end the pilot or a membership subject to applicable law, safety needs, and any obligations that must continue after access ends.

Responsibility and applicable law

Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent allowed by law, BeetleSense AB is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses or for member conduct outside its reasonable control.

Swedish law applies, subject to mandatory rights that may apply to you. Questions, reports, and legal notices can be submitted through Gravity support.
