Information Gravity processes

  • Account and security data, including the account email, user identifier, authentication state, authentication events, and security controls.
  • Professional profile and matching context that a member chooses to provide, including an offer, a current need, interests, role, and organisation.
  • Connection requests, mutual decisions, messages, meeting proposals, private outcomes, blocks, disconnections, and private reports.
  • Optional presence consisting of availability and the controlled general venue label. A proximity check that happens once uses exact coordinates only on the member’s device; exact coordinates are not sent to or stored by Gravity.
  • Support, pilot enquiry, and feedback content, a reply email where required or supplied, the current page path, browser language, and a pseudonymous identifier that protects against spam.
  • Limited technical and security information needed to deliver, protect, diagnose, and maintain the service.

Purposes and legal bases

Account, profile, matching, connection, message, meeting, and presence data initiated by members are processed to provide features the member requests and perform the Gravity service agreement.

Authentication security, safety reports, abuse prevention, fault diagnosis, and limited infrastructure records are processed for BeetleSense AB’s legitimate interests in protecting members and operating a reliable service.

Legal records and records about data rights are processed where necessary to comply with legal obligations. Optional pilot enquiries and optional product feedback are processed only after consent, which can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Optional analytics is currently disabled. No optional analytics collection is active on this website.

What is required and what is optional

An account email and minimum account information are required for features after login. Presence, messages, meetings, pilot enquiries, safety reports, and product feedback are optional.

A reply email is required for account help without authentication, requests about privacy and data rights, pilot enquiries, and product feedback based on consent so the request can be linked and answered. A safety or security report may be submitted without an email.

Visibility, matching, and automated decisions

  • Gravity never exposes an attendee directory or a precise location trail.
  • Discovery may show limited professional context. Full name, avatar, and private conversation access require mutual acceptance.
  • Contact email is not exposed to other members.
  • Matching uses deterministic, explainable rules rather than AI, popularity, or behavioural ranking.
  • Gravity makes no solely automated decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect.

Recipients and processors

BeetleSense AB uses Supabase for authentication, database, realtime features, server functions, and the private support inbox. Primary application data is configured in the EU West region in Ireland.

Vercel hosts the website and web application. Optional Vercel Web Analytics is not currently active. Authentication messages use the service for email delivery configured for Supabase Auth.

No separate provider for email forms receives support or pilot enquiry submissions. BeetleSense AB does not sell personal data or disclose it for behavioural advertising.

International transfers

Supabase and Vercel may use subprocessors or support operations outside the European Economic Area. Their terms for data processing provide transfer safeguards, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses where an adequacy decision does not apply.

You may request information about safeguards relevant to your data through Gravity support.

Retention

  • Presence stops being shared after one hour and can be hidden immediately.
  • Core profile, connection, message, and meeting data is kept while membership and the service are active, then deleted when the member leaves unless a documented legal or security need requires limited retention.
  • Private support and pilot enquiry submissions are automatically deleted after 365 days.
  • Records of rights requests are retained only as needed to demonstrate compliance. Private reports are retained only as long as needed for investigation, safety, legal, or accountability purposes.
  • Product events designed to protect privacy are retained for 13 months and notification records for 90 days. Restricted provider logs and encrypted backups follow provider rotation schedules.

Browser storage and analytics

On this public website, Gravity creates a pseudonymous browser identifier only when a visitor attempts to use a support or pilot form. Authentication storage and offline retry after login belong to the separate member application at app.gravityatgummi.se.

Gravity uses no advertising cookies. Optional analytics is currently disabled, and no optional analytics collection is active.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. If optional analytics is introduced later, it must remain off unless the visitor actively allows it.
